Single-storey house with 3 bedrooms and garage, set in the countryside 17 km from Périgueux. Enclosed 2,500 m² garden with trees, slide, ping-pong, plancha, barbecue, pergola and summer lounge. Large vegetable garden available for home cooking, with cicadas and crickets providing a natural soundtrack. PLEASE NOTE Summer rentals are only from Saturday to Friday. The pool is available from May 1st. Accommodation Eco-friendly, welcoming and peaceful house. The enclosed garden is perfect for children, and the vegetable garden is open to all for sharing or cooking the day’s harvest. Living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, WC, 3 bedrooms, fridge and freezer reserved for guests. Surroundings and recommendations Located in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and woods, in the heart of Périgord Blanc. Easy access to caves, castles, museums, lakes, rivers, amusement parks, charming villages, markets and prehistoric sites. Highway 4 km, train station and shops 5 km. Greenway 2 km away for cycling, walking, rollerblading, running. River 1 km away for canoeing and kayaking. Hiking trails start from the house. Other notes Baby equipment available on request (high chair, crib, stroller, etc.) as well as outdoor games for children (swing, scooters, balls, tricycles). In July and August, check-out is possible until 6 p.m. Bed linen and towels not included. Cleaning not included (service available for an extra fee). Air conditioning is available for an extra fee and depending on the length of stay. Washing machine can be used for stays of at least one week, once per week. Jacuzzi is available as an option for an extra fee. Eco-friendly house: please use appliances during off-peak hours (midnight-8 a.m.) and when sunny. The owner lives in a small adjoining house and is available if needed.
